With access to one of the most extensive LED portfolios on the market, we manufacture custom LED modules at our state-of-the-art in-house facility. Beyond module production, we also integrate these modules into complete lighting systems for industrial, research, medical, and specialty lighting applications.
Our fully automated SMT assembly line ensures precision and reliability. High-performance Siemens placement machines handle components of all sizes at high speed, while our vapor phase soldering system from Asscon guarantees gentle, oxidation-free soldering in a protective gas atmosphere. This enhances thermal connectivity and extends the lifespan of LEDs, whose performance is sensitive to operating temperature.
Our production process is highly customizable and largely automated. Each batch is fully traceable down to the LED Bin—an essential capability for applications requiring consistent brightness, color, or voltage over long timeframes. Since development, material procurement, storage, and production all take place on-site, our process chain is efficient, traceable, and resilient. Every module undergoes rigorous quality control before it leaves our facility.
In addition to module and luminaire production, we offer comprehensive support services, including optical design, housing integration, thermal management, control electronics, encapsulation, and luminaire casing selection. Our team works closely with you to develop the optimal solution for your application.

Our ISO-certified production line is designed specifically for LED assemblies, capable of processing up to one million components per day. The fully automated system is highly flexible, allowing seamless adaptation to varying batch sizes and specific customer requirements.
01 – Laser marking station
Our laser marking station enables permanent, tamper-proof traceability by applying unique identifiers or barcodes to each circuit board. On request, customer-specific data—such as BIN codes, production dates, or article numbers—can also be laser-engraved. This integration supports quality assurance and tracking throughout the product lifecycle.
02 – Solder paste printer
More than 50% of soldering defects originate from inaccurate paste application. That’s why we use a fully automated solder paste printer from DEK, the industry leader. Equipped with Hawk-Eye inspection technology, it verifies the presence and precision of solder paste down to a few microns—ensuring consistent, high-quality results.

03 – Pick-and-Place Machines
At the core of our SMT line are two cutting-edge ASM SIPLACE Di2 and TX2 machines, capable of placing up to 72,000 components per hour. An upstream scanner logs both the PCB serial number and component data, enabling full traceability of every placed part—essential for industries with stringent quality standards such as automotive.

04 –Reflow Convection Soldering System
Our compact VXC2450 air soldering system from Rehm’s Vision X series delivers high-performance convection soldering with precise thermal profiling across multiple adjustable zones. Integrated ViCON software provides intuitive touch control, real-time monitoring, and in-depth process analysis. 05 – 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Our 3D AOI system ensures the highest quality standards in series production by detecting and rejecting errors such as missing, misaligned, twisted, or contaminated components. Using advanced 4-way projection technology, it delivers detailed inspection at high resolution for maximum accuracy and coverage.
