The FlexMatrix-576-5080 LED Module 576 LEDs 5700K 24V 7200lm 39.74W 18x18cm (220000 lm/sqm) is a high-density flexible LED matrix developed for applications that need a powerful, uniform light field in a compact area. The 179 x 179 mm module carries 576 LEDs and produces 7200 lm at 5700K with CRI 80+, while consuming 39.74 W. With an efficacy of 181 lm/W and approximately 220000 lm/m² of luminous flux density, it delivers exceptionally high light output from a very thin module.
The FlexMatrix design combines a flexible carrier with a modular segmentation concept. The complete surface is divided into 36 individually separable segments with 16 LEDs each. Each segment can also be divided again in the middle and operated separately, allowing the light source to be adapted to custom geometries, limited installation spaces and special luminaire designs without having to develop a new PCB.
The module operates from 24 V constant voltage and draws approximately 1656 mA at the reference operating point. PWM dimming is possible with a suitable driver. A 120° beam angle provides broad light distribution, while 3-Step MacAdam binning supports consistent white light across the dense LED field. The rear heat-conducting adhesive foil simplifies integration onto suitable thermally conductive surfaces.
The datasheet specifically identifies image capturing and quality control as target applications. The high LED density, daylight-white 5700K light and flexible geometry also make the module suitable for machine vision, inspection systems, flat-field illumination, custom area lights and prototype luminaires.
Made in Germany – controlled production for demanding systems
We manufacture the FlexMatrix in Germany using automated assembly and controlled electrical testing. For high-density matrix modules, consistent placement, solder quality and repeatable electrical characteristics are critical because the complete LED field is often used as one optical surface. Controlled production helps ensure predictable performance from module to module and from one production batch to the next.
